- 1 pound Kielbasa
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions
Instructions
- Wash and chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the sliced kielbasa. Cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
- Mix in the bell peppers and baby carrots, sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle soy sauce and drizzle honey over the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Add the baby potatoes, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.
