Description

A delightful one-pan meal bursting with flavor from juicy kielbasa and colorful veggies, all glazed in a sweet honey-garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the sliced kielbasa. Cook until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  4. Mix in the bell peppers and baby carrots, sauté for about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle soy sauce and drizzle honey over the mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the baby potatoes, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  7. Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.
