Description

A comforting and flavorful one-pan dish featuring kielbasa sausage, golden-brown potatoes, and vibrant bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • Kielbasa Sausage
  • Potatoes (Yukon golds or red potatoes)
  • Bell Peppers
  • Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and chopping the potatoes and vegetables.
  3. Mix everything together in a large bowl until all ingredients are coated in olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Roast on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, or sauté in a skillet for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
