Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in orzo, chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
