Description

Delicious and cheesy garlic chicken wraps that are perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
