- 2 tablespoons cherry juice
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Incorporate the pitted cherries and mini chocolate chips.
- Layer the mixture over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
