Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich Cake that combines the classic flavors of Oreo cookies and creamy ice cream for a delightful dessert.

- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over the Oreo layer.
- Add another layer of Oreo cookies on top of the ice cream.
- Spread the remaining vanilla ice cream over the second layer of Oreos.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top for garnish.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
- Make sure the ice cream is softened for easier spreading.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
