- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped topping (for topping)
- Chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
