A delicious copycat recipe for Outback Steakhouse’s famous Alice Springs Chicken, featuring grilled chicken breasts topped with honey mustard, bacon, and cheese.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, brush the honey mustard dressing over the chicken.
- Top each chicken breast with two slices of bacon and a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
- Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in honey mustard dressing for a few hours before grilling.
