Description
Delicious oven-fried feta rolls drizzled with sweet and spicy chili honey.
Ingredients

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chili honey
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crumb the feta cheese into a bowl and mix with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo dough.
- Roll the phyllo dough over the feta, folding in the sides to seal.
- Repeat with remaining phyllo and feta mixture.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
- Adjust the amount of chili honey to taste.
