Description

Delicious oven-fried feta rolls drizzled with sweet and spicy chili honey.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chili honey
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumb the feta cheese into a bowl and mix with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
  4. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo dough.
  5. Roll the phyllo dough over the feta, folding in the sides to seal.
  6. Repeat with remaining phyllo and feta mixture.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
