Description

Crispy and cheesy Parmesan Crusted Chicken served with a creamy garlic sauce that elevates any dining experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
  3. In another dish, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, letting excess liquid drip off, then coat in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the coated chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
  7. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for a minute, then pour in the heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  8. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter option, use an air fryer instead of frying in oil. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
