  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the chopped peaches and bourbon over medium heat.
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes until the peaches soften.
  3. Add ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to the saucepan.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before blending until smooth.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
