Description

Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Bars are a delightful combination of sweet and salty flavors, featuring a crunchy pretzel base topped with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, crush the pretzel sticks into smaller pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crushed pretzels and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish evenly.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
