- 1 cup of pecans, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and chopped pecans to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
