  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef, onion, and bell pepper; cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, and beef broth; mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
