Description

Delicious bite-sized snacks wrapped in crispy bacon, stuffed with a creamy jalapeño filling for an explosion of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 12 inch pieces
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 23 jalapeños, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey BBQ glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Wrap each piece of sausage generously with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  4. Mix together the softened cream cheese and diced jalapeños in a bowl.
  5. Stuff each bacon-wrapped sausage with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed pig shots on a baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Drizzle honey BBQ glaze over each pig shot.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is golden and crispy.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
