- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1–2 inch pieces
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2–3 jalapeños, diced
- 1/4 cup honey BBQ glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Wrap each piece of sausage generously with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Mix together the softened cream cheese and diced jalapeños in a bowl.
- Stuff each bacon-wrapped sausage with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed pig shots on a baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Drizzle honey BBQ glaze over each pig shot.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is golden and crispy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
