- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crushed pineapple, and chopped green onions.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and blend well.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once firm, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll it in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and arrange crackers or vegetables around it to create a wreath effect.
- Serve with additional crackers or veggies for dipping.
