Description

This Pineapple Salmon recipe combines the rich flavors of grilled salmon with sweet, caramelized pineapple and cherry tomatoes for a tropical twist on a classic dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

Instructions

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
