- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil a large pot of water and cook the Lo Mein noodles until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Brown the Pork: Heat the peanut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and half of the sliced green onions. Cook until browned.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Combine Noodles and Vegetables: Add the cooked noodles and coleslaw mix to the skillet with the pork. Pour the sauce over everything.
- Toss Everything Together: Use tongs to toss the ingredients in the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with remaining green onions, and serve warm.
