- 1 package Pork Dumplings (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 2 cups Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups Bok Choy (chopped)
- 2 Carrots (sliced)
- 2 Green Onions (chopped for garnish)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Ginger (minced)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic and ginger in sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the broth to the pot and warm before bringing to a simmer.
- Toss in the sliced mushrooms, carrots, and bok choy, cooking until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- Gently incorporate the dumplings, cooking according to the package instructions until heated through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Drizzle in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
