Description

A comforting potsticker soup filled with tender dumplings and fresh vegetables in a savory broth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Pork Dumplings (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 2 cups Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cups Bok Choy (chopped)
  • 2 Carrots (sliced)
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped for garnish)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic and ginger in sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the broth to the pot and warm before bringing to a simmer.
  3. Toss in the sliced mushrooms, carrots, and bok choy, cooking until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Gently incorporate the dumplings, cooking according to the package instructions until heated through (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Drizzle in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or dumpling fillings. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
