Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and pretzel crumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with pretzel crumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine mustard, milk, and cheddar cheese over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Serve the chicken with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled on top.
