Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the drained jackfruit to the skillet, breaking it apart with a fork or spoon.
- Stir in the BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the jackfruit mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and slightly caramelized.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the pulled jackfruit on slider buns and topping with coleslaw if desired.
