Delicious pumpkin cream-filled croissants perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- Roll out the croissant dough and cut into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pumpkin cream mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the croissants from the wide end to the tip.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter filling, add more sugar to the pumpkin mixture.
- These croissants are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
