Description

Delicious pumpkin cream-filled croissants perfect for fall.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  3. Roll out the croissant dough and cut into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin cream mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the croissants from the wide end to the tip.
  6. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter filling, add more sugar to the pumpkin mixture.
  • These croissants are best served warm.
