Delicious and easy-to-make Pumpkin Magic Bars that combine the flavors of pumpkin, chocolate, and nuts for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
