- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup ladyfinger cookies
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until well combined.
- In a trifle dish, layer ladyfinger cookies, followed by a layer of the white chocolate mousse, and then a layer of raspberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mousse on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense raspberry flavor, you can add raspberry puree between the layers.
- Make sure the white chocolate is completely cooled before folding it into the whipped cream.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
