Scale
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  4. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. In a trifle dish, layer ladyfinger cookies, followed by a layer of the white chocolate mousse, and then a layer of raspberries.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mousse on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
