Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Blue food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions using water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  3. Bake the cake in a greased pan for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
  5. Add the cream cheese frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  6. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
