- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Blue food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions using water, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Bake the cake in a greased pan for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.
- Add the cream cheese frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Add blue food coloring to the melted chocolate until the desired color is achieved.
- Dip each cake ball into the blue chocolate and return to the baking sheet to set.
