- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup hot chocolate mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Form the red velvet cake into small balls and dip them into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot chocolate mix with milk until well combined.
- Layer the hot chocolate mixture, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips in a dish.
- Top with crushed graham crackers and place the red velvet cheesecake balls on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
