- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Prepare the red velvet cake according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Cut the cooled red velvet cake into small cubes.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the red velvet cake cubes, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, and half of the crushed Oreos.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
- Feel free to substitute the Oreo cookies with any other cookies of your choice.
