- 2 acorn squashes
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squashes in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the insides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the squashes cut side up on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the squash halves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
