Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are blistered.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Drain the pasta and reserve some pasta water.
  6. Add the roasted tomatoes and garlic to the pasta, tossing to combine.
  7. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  8. Stir in fresh basil and Parmesan cheese, if using.
