- 1 pound fresh salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Prepare the creamy avocado sauce by mashing the avocado and mixing it with Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve the warm salmon balls drizzled with the avocado sauce or alongside for dipping.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with ground oats or crushed nuts. Make the avocado sauce fresh for the best flavor.
