Description

Delicious golden, crispy salmon balls served with a creamy avocado sauce, perfect for lunches or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can flaked salmon
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 avocado
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  3. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about an inch in diameter.
  5. Place them on the baking sheet, spaced out for even cooking.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare the avocado sauce by blending Greek yogurt, lime juice, and avocado.
  8. Serve warm, drizzled with the creamy avocado sauce.
