Description

A delightful dish of grilled salmon topped with vibrant mango salsa, offering a burst of tropical flavors perfect for summer dining.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the salmon fillets and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the salmon skin-side down on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and pinch of salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Once the salmon is cooked, plate it and top with the mango salsa.
