Description

A comforting one-dish meal featuring savory smoked sausage, tender potatoes, and crunchy green beans, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage, sliced
  • 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Green Beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine sliced smoked sausage, halved baby potatoes, and trimmed green beans in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes and green beans are fork-tender.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
