- 1 lb Smoked Sausage, sliced
- 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes, halved
- 2 cups Green Beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine sliced smoked sausage, halved baby potatoes, and trimmed green beans in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes and green beans are fork-tender.
- Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
