Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant.
  3. Brown the sausage, breaking it up until rich and brown.
