Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté for another 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are browned and tender.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
