- 1 large onion, sliced

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté for another 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are browned and tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
