- 1 package of mint chocolate cookies
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of mint chocolate chips
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Crush the mint chocolate cookies and layer them at the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the milk and instant vanilla pudding until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped cream and mint chocolate chips, adding green food coloring if desired.
- Spread half of the mint mixture over the cookie layer.
- Add another layer of crushed cookies on top of the mint mixture.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining mint mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, add more mint chocolate chips.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Serve chilled for the best taste.
