Description

A delightful dessert lasagna inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake, featuring layers of minty cream, chocolate, and whipped topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of mint chocolate cookies
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of mint chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Crush the mint chocolate cookies and layer them at the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the milk and instant vanilla pudding until thickened.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and mint chocolate chips, adding green food coloring if desired.
  4. Spread half of the mint mixture over the cookie layer.
  5. Add another layer of crushed cookies on top of the mint mixture.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining mint mixture.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
