Description

A vibrant and fresh bowl featuring succulent shrimp, creamy avocado, and sweet mango salsa, topped with a zesty Lime-Chili Sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, and cilantro. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and season lightly with salt. Stir gently to mix and set aside.
  2. Cook the Shrimp: Season the shrimp with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Assemble the Bowls: In serving bowls, layer the cooked shrimp and diced avocado. Top generously with mango salsa. Drizzle Lime-Chili Sauce over the top and serve immediately.

Notes

Prep ingredients in advance to save time. You can also grill the shrimp for a smoky flavor.
