- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir well.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
