- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in the cooked bacon and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and serve warm with tortilla chips.
