Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Mix in the cooked bacon and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
