Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt it over medium heat.
- Add the corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Fold in the crispy bacon and cook for another minute.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
