- 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, onion, garlic, mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour until smooth.
- Stir the sour cream mixture into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
