Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chopped tomatoes, sugar, apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
