Description

Delicious S’mores Bars made with cookie dough, graham crackers, and chocolate, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the dough, then top with the remaining cookie dough.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Can be served warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.
