Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  2. Mix the ice cream in a large bowl with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until well combined.
  3. Layer the ice cream mixture evenly over the cookie dough once frozen and firm.
  4. Roll the cookie dough with the ice cream filling tightly into a log shape, wrapping it in plastic wrap.
  5. Freeze the wrapped roll in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Slice the roll into servings using a sharp knife and garnish with graham cracker crumbs before serving.
