- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

- Graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat the milk, egg, and melted butter together in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and apply a light layer of cooking spray or melted butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve the pancakes stacked high with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs on top.
Notes
Make the batter the night before for an easy morning. Can also be baked in the oven for a casserole-style dish.
