- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
- Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
