- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups pasta sauce (your choice)
- 1 cup vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the garlic bread package instructions.
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm the pasta sauce and sauté the choice of chopped vegetables until tender.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the warmed sauce and sautéed vegetables, stirring until well-coated.
- Cut the top off the loaf of garlic bread and scoop out the inside to create a bowl.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture, pressing down slightly to fit.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top of the filled bowls.
- Place the filled garlic bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake according to the garlic bread instructions until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
