Description

Deliciously spicy cheese balls filled with bacon and jalapeños, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
