- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces linguine
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet with the sauce.
- Slice the chicken and serve it over the garlic parmesan linguine, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
