- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take an eggroll wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly and seal the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
- These eggrolls can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
